PureGym London Tower Hill

Barely any equipment, overpriced and toilets smell terrible year round. Only redeeming part is that the staff are very nice.

Great Gym but it seems like the manager is purposely trying to run this place into the ground. Every time I go there, it's either, ALL the cardio equipment is out of use or there's NO hot water in the showers. People have stopped going and it's kinda empty, I feel like it's gonna get shutdown soon which would be a shame. Hopefully they get a new manager thats capable of fixing the issues

This is for GIO what a man!! Always chatty to members, greets you hello and goodbye, asks you about your training, always on the move doing things cleaning and making sure the gym is tidy, I am a club manager myself for a boutique brand and staff like Gio are very hard to come by! Well done GIO!! Keep up the good work!!! I just want to add Sophie, is an amazing manager she runs a tight ship, very clean club and has everything you need.

A great little gym. Small but perfectly functional. Almost has a "boutique" vibe to it, probably from previously being part of the Soho Gyms chain. The manager here is exceptionally friendly and willing to help members. He is a true asset to the company. I'm deducting one star though for the horrid smell in the men's toilets. Not sure if it's the drains or what, but it really is putrid every time. Would be great if the company could get this sorted.
