Its a horrible scam. Absolutely inhuman organisation. No way to contact them to make a complaint either which is a huge red flag. Avoid and shame on the doctor I dealt with. Disgusting. He listened only to what he wanted to hear and then wrote his lies in my records. No understanding of how frustrated a patient can be when Ive already tried several of these online apps and finding out they dont even have the ability to give a prescription. Waste of time

the WORST service. charged 48 for eyedrops I had already bought over the counter, and TOLD the doctor what I was using. they are 'unable to issue refunds' - they are scam artists.

Waste of time and money. Used this service as getting thourhg my GP implies calling 100-150 times at 8am hoping to get through to them. I used this service clicking all the options to share data with my practice but actually they do not see records of previous medication. After a 10mns chat with a nice doctor, I was given a prescription (the doctor tried to tell me to not click on it but i had already done so and was charged 7 for nothing). The prescription system is ridiculous as it takes a very long time to collect the medicine. In the end i did not even collect it as it was available over-the-counter at a cheaper price. So all in all, i could have saved myself an hour and bought a 4 medicine in boots instead of wasting 40 + 7 on them.

Cancelled as the bad weather is unable to make an online appointment. After waiting 24 hrs for an appointment. Extremely disappointing.
