They choose to rent space in the basement of The Corn Exchange thereby cutting their patients off from any cellular connection, despite the necessity of being contactable in an emergency, and give out a useless WiFi router name. Today when a patient explained that he needed a functional WiFi connection they treated him with shocking arrogance. They regarded his need to be connected with the world as an irritant to them. I watched the incident, he was perfectly polite and the receptionist was arrogant, he asked for the Manager and a woman arrived who was staggeringly dismissive. If they treat paying patients like that then they cant be trusted. There are dozens of identical Dental Surgeries in the area and I will now spend my money elsewhere.
