    unreachable the phone, unable to unsubscribe, keep charging your card even after asking for ONE month only membership!!!!!!! I do not recommend JOB TODAY.... there are better jobs apps on the market and there are expensive too. very disappointed with the way you keep charging employers continuously.

    I had a terrible experience with a staff member from JobToday who was working at WeWork Waterloo. When a desk became available, I placed my freshly made flat white on the table and went to get my bag from another table without a power outlet. When I returned, the staff member had moved my coffee and taken my spot. I explained that I had put my coffee there temporarily and needed the space to work on social media content for WeWork. However, instead of helping me, the staff member made fun of my accent being too queer and made a racist comment, telling me to "go back where I came from." I'm disappointed that JobToday would employ someone who behaves in such an unprofessional manner, especially since they are representing their company at a coworking space like WeWork. I have tried to raise my concerns with management, but the staff member refused to give me her name. I hope that JobToday will provide better training for their staff on how to treat all customers with respect, regardless of their background. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge the politeness of Isidora Hodges, who was also being onboarded at the time.
