Silverstone Towbars

Just wanted to write a review to follow up on my husbands as unfortunately when we arrived to collect our caravan there was an issue with the tow-bar electrics so we called Richard, half expecting him not to answer his phone as it was Saturday, and he not only came over to us at the site in Rushden and spent a while trying to work out what was wrong, he then came back and spent about 4 hours replacing the tow-bar a few days later (as it turned out there was a fault with it), which meant we have just been able to collect our caravan - for the time spent sorting it out he cant have made any money at all but we are so grateful that he took the time to do this and would have no hesitation in recommending him! Installed a tow bar on my car, excellent communication throughout, arrived when he said he would and did a great job. Will definitely use in the future. Highly recommended!

I contacted Richard(Silverstone Towbar) to install a towbar for my car and a had a holiday booked few days later with my new caravan. Day before the booking I contacted Richard to make sure all ready for installation but following day he never turned up. After he was ignoring my calls and the complete holiday was spoiled. The planed adventure for my 3 kids been ruined by this guy. Embarrassing to found this type of people's and the way they treat they customers. No commitment at all. Service: Car towing
