Waiting time to get prescriptions is over an hour! Its shocking! Go somewhere else to get it.

By far the worst chemist Ive ever had to deal with. The branch manager is also rude and gives false information. For more than several weeks Ive tried getting a medication I need but have been told that there was a shortage which, after researching found this to be false information as all other local chemists have advise they can get it next day if they dont have it in stock. When I called the branch manger out she told me theyre still getting used to the change over of ownership and systems. Ill be changing where I collect my prescriptions from as this chemist is useless, dont have medications and half the time close early. Not to mention the rude branch manger!!

This place is a joke, you are affecting people's heath and well being, never open stating staff shortages and when you are the queues are horrendous.

This chemist is the equivalent of what NOT to bejust awful. Queuing, multiple staff behind counter chatting and gossiping along with the occasional closure due to no staffwhen you need your prescription

Unable to get my repeat prescription after a week of trying. Do not work in Towcester and by the time I get home at 5pm they are already closed and now seem to be closed at weekends too. Have now switched to online as cannot risk this situation again
