We purchased a house through Mustatd and cannot recommend them and in particular Jo enough. She was constantly on hand providing updates and keeping us calm through the process. She was super friendly and helpful and helped make this process so much easier.

Team from Mustard Homes Towcester have been very accommodating from start to finish on selling our house. What I like best is that they have been very patient waiting for us to find our new home and not felt pressured. Communication is 5*! Thanks to Jo and team for looking after us, we are now settled into our new forever home.

Having read the review below by Pete Donald, and bearing in mind I'm the person who bought his house, I can definitely say he has hit the nail on the head. I had viewed another house with Jo that wasn't suitable for me, but she listened to why it wasn't and called me as soon as this house came available. I was working away so viewings were difficult but Jo sent me photos and the video tour and the rest is history. I'm a very happy home owner. There was none of the smarmy Estate Agent chat or dismissive attitude that I've experienced elsewhere before, Just good honest personal service. Thank you Jo.

Buying a home is one of the most stressful things you will do in your lifetime especially if you pick the worlds slowest solicitor's. Luckily the house we were buying was being sold via mustard estate agents, because Maddie was beyond amazing! She would reply to every email within moments and was consistently updating us with progress and letting us know what our solicitor's should be doing. The week she was on annual leave Ben took over and was just as helpful and informative. Every time I called the office I was able to speak to someone or would defiantly get a call back. I know that if we ever sell our home we will be using Mustard estate agents especially if Maddie is the one to take the case. We would recommend them 1000%!
