I rarely leave negative feedback but unfortunately I found the service here to be inadequate. There was a hair in the framed photo Id paid to have done. I appreciate that this can happen and was not concerned as I was happy to ask for this to be looked at. However, when addressed I was made to feel like I had made the error and was dismissed very rudely. On further inspection they found there was a hair and I was given no apology, in fact I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and made to feel like I was making a fuss. When you pay 50 for a framed photograph you expect it to be perfect. I am sad to say I found the whole customer service unacceptable, unprofessional and upsetting. I am all for supporting small local businesses but unfortunately not this one.
