        Most unhelpful. Wanted an exchange on a Dewalt combi drill. Intermittent fault, absolutely useless when trying to work on site. Would not exchange, wanted to send it away to be repaired! Need it to work !!!! Wouldn't get this "service" at my local branch. If it had been given a real battering maybe, but less than 2 months old and very light use. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE. "Manager" useless.

        Like an idiot, I'd ordered the products to the wrong branch. Instead of saying 'you'll have to go to the other branch', Emeile & Amad sorted everything out so I could get the item from their branch in Towcester. Really excellent service, I'd rate six stars if I could. Thank you very much
