Brilliant service from start to finish. Ian and Karen are such friendly and helpful people. Ian completely put our minds at ease following our first offer being accepted on our house (an old property) We had a Level 3 Survey, which returned some very important points, which actually allowed us to have a lower offer accepted on the house. The report was amazingly detailed and thorough inluding photos which we found so useful. We use it regularly now when completing our renovations. Ian has been incredibly helpful, when we have extra questions relating to the survey, his answers are so quick and invaluable. Would recommend Sladdon and Barton to anyone. Thank you!

Ian has been very helpful all the way through the process of getting my new home surveyed. From initial contact to delivery of his report he has responded promptly and clearly to my questions. His level 2 report was through and clear and he quickly responded to the follow up questions I had. I would happily recommend him to others and I feel I received good value for money.

Sladden and Barton surveyors provided me with services recently. Mr Birdsey was a thorough and extremely professional surveyor who had an eye for detail which led me to withdraw from an earlier property. I would have purchased a nightmare. It was hard but when you realise that buying a home is probably the largest investment you will make, then you must have confidence in those who provide you with their expertise. Mr Ian Birdsey was extremely supportive, the company ethos was to provide quality with excellent communication. The final decision was mine, but I am hoping that this review will ensure Sladden and Barton get the recognition they deserve. A local old school company with values of transparency, friendliness and a very high level of quality in delivering their expert professional services. I highly recommend them.
