Tristen is the man when it comes to sorting out pain. I had a shoulder injury for over 10 years and seen numerous different specialists but nobody really ever solved the problem for me until I saw Tristen. He really listens to you and treats all of you as a person rather than just the injury. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in simple terms. He gives you a manageable approach to getting better and never sees you more than you need to. I'm happy to say I am now pain free and this is all down to him. Thank you Tristen you are the best!

Visited the clinic due to a recent back injury. Tristan took time to understand the nature of the pain and provided very practical guidance and techniques to address pain and perceived movement limitations. Was very helpful knowledgeable around pain and its impact on everyday activities. Would definitely recommend.
