        This firm is 100% on ball for customer focus. Tony from Ixthus was the only person amongst many emails I sent that actually got back to me while trying to source an obscure torque sensor from NCTE in Germany. The sensor was obsolete at the manufacturer annoyingly despite being OEM in a 2020 model, but that doesn't detract from this guy's effort to try and help me out. Luckily, a bloke on Germany's eBay had evidently bought the entire stock of this sensor and I got what I needed. Please pass my huge thanks on to Tony :)
