        Came to a family fun session and got smacked in the face by a ridiculously hard small ball which should not have been allowed in the pool. Was witnessed by lifeguards who did nothing to either help me in visible distress and pain, nor stop them using said ball which went on to hit at least 1 other person when I was there.

        one of the members banned me for something i didnt do and said even if i didnt do it i get banned but the people that did do it didnt get banned but im barely from english and its visible so im taking it as a racist approach
