Rachel is simply brilliant! 25 years of CV sifting and interviewing started to take its toll at the end of 2022 so we decided to look at outsourcing elements of our recruitment process. We had used Recruitment Agencies in the past, so we knew what we didnt want, what we did want was someone who could act as an extension of our business - someone who could be the first contact for any applicants. Rachel took the time to understand exactly what we look for in potential employees, what makes us tick and how our business works and by doing so made sure she understood our precise requirements. Rachel is an HR rockstar! We have recently asked her to assist with recruiting three people into the business and she achieved a 100% success rate, each of which have been perfect "fits" - and at a fraction of the cost of the traditional recruitment agencies! She has also been assisting us with a range of other areas, including providing guidance on staff contractual, performance and communications approaches. And finally, she employs a Chief Happiness Officer - what's not to like?!
