        I opened the door to this salon to to meet with a fouled mouthed man, (whos called Michael ) who spoke to me with such disrespect. He had a customer in his chair, wearing no PPE. This is by far the worse experience Ive ever had entering a shop in my life. Im very surprised this salon has any custom. The greasy looking man at the front of the shop swore at me before I even got chance to speak. Its people like this that do not deserve to have a business. He claims he was concerned for his clients. But standing there shouting and swearing at me wearing NO PPE at all. I honestly would avoid this salon at all cost. Theres people out there struggling to survive and theres this disgusting human speaking to people like their under his shoe. Id also never been to towcester and what a horrible impression it has left for someone visiting the town. By far the worse customer service I have ever had the misfortune of receiving
