Paul and his team were absolutely outstanding...In difficult circumstances made all the more challenging by covid 19, we experienced nothing but the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism from our first contact with Paul. He wanted to find out as much as he could about dad in order that we could say a perfect goodbye. He supported our family at all times and being 'first timers' at arranging a funeral, he answered our many questions with patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble...he even personally designed our Order of Service when we couldn't find one we liked from the stock he had. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul and cannot thank him enough for his invaluable help at a difficult time.

We cannot thank Paul and his team at Co-operative funeralcare in Towcester enough for their support, care and kindness shown through one of the toughest times of our lives. From the moment we met Paul he guided us through what we needed to do and nothing was too much trouble. He ensured that all our wishes were met and even on the morning of the funeral when we decided to change the order of things and add more songs he made sure our wishes were met with empathy and compassion. He truly got us through our darkest days and we will be forever thankful for that. He is a credit to your service.

I highly recommend The Co-operative Funeralcare. A death of a loved one is always a difficult time, but the current pandemic and being in another country added to the stress.
