The service I received today could not have been any better. Matt was so helpful and thorough in dealing with several council tax bills for a development of 26 flats in Brackley. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure of the amount of time spent sorting the queries until everything was correct on the system and payments up to date. 5* service which was such a joy after the complete opposite service from British Gas. Thank you Matt, great Customer Service!

Shame it's 1 star. Couldn't select none. My kid and me are homeless and the staff at council are pondlife. Look down on every one. Rude and unhelpful. Say oooh we care about your thoughts in public but definitely don't give a dam

Been on housing transfer list for 2years. Been told I'm top priority. Got a call asking if I would like a new build house in a village not on our list. After thonging it through me and my partner said yes. Days later we find out they also offered it to someone else before offering it to us. Next time wait and see if the 1st applicants accept before offering it out again. Poor customer service. No apology and no update of when we are moving
