        Called in today for the first time, found a lovely coat but discovered the zip didn't work, I asked if I could buy at a reduced rate and was told No and that I couldn't buy it either. I wss prepared to have it fixed... Do you want contributions or not? Can't say the staff were too friendly either, what happened to customer service? Greeting someone goes a long way. Wont rush back, if at all thumbs

        I frequently visit this shop. Staff are lovely especially the manager. Its a treasure trove of bargains ... Ive had some fab clothes from here. The store always looks great and I generally want something that Ive seen out of the window! All in all its a cracking little store.

        Its good working with the manger Colette and all of the volunteers and all of us get on really well and we have a good laugh while we are working. Colette is a fantastic Manager and she is the one if you want to talk to her
