Ive been going to Michelle's class for the past year and I was made to feel welcome right from the start. She manages to integrate into her yoga class, not just the poses, but breathwork, sound and relaxation. She has an empathy with her students and tailors the class to match the individual needs of each student. I highly recommend Michelle's yoga classes for anyone, from beginners to experienced yogis. New to Yoga, I was nervous about looking ridiculous but Michelle made me feel comfortable and it was easy to join in She has a lovely soft voice

Shirley Lester
Since starting Yoga with Michelle, I have become much more supple. She is an excellent teacher in both movement and mind and makes me feel that I have more energy and am happy in my own skin. Her routine is different every week so one cant get bored with repetitive exercises. I look forward to the weekly classes and find its not a chore to turn out even on a dark cold winters evening.

Although I have only just begun classes with Michelle, I have found her an excellent instructor. She creates a calming and welcoming environment. She is able to share her knowledge of yogi physical, physiological and thinking principles that affect us in a very relatable way. 1 hour session goes far too quickly
