Had a sales representative over from the company who compared their product to current brands we use and when the delivery arrived the product was different and left residue in the appliance. to top it off they need to include stones as part of the content as the block salt contains pieces of stones that end up settling in the appliance.
when the company was confronted about this they claimed it contained stones and left residue because their product was superior to the other brands... yes this left me scratching my head wondering WTH
