Overland Boat Movements

They sent me offer for my Axopar 37 to Transport from Poole UK to stanbul and we agreed on price. After I made advance payment I learned that they dont have any experience about transportation to Turkey and I offered them to refund money as I can find someone else who is professional about transportation to Turkey. Georgia told me that they are going to solve all the problems and missing documents about road haulage pertmits and other things to not refund money. At the end they came with missing documents and I have waited at least 1 Month for them to provide all documents. You can not reach them If they dont want to talk with you, they offered me to Shrink Wrap my boat and I also paid +1.000 Pounds for this service as well, when I received my boat I saw that all the ropes they used for shrink wraping damaged my boats hull, I sent them videos and there is no reply as usual, be aware of this company even If they offer cheapest offer, you can see my boats hull after shrink wraping and this damages are all around the boat.

Asked the guys to move my boat, they were able to do it on the date and time scales I needed. Highly efficient and professional. Thank you both Georgia and Chris so much.

Here is my experience with the company in February 2020: Agreed a quote of 550 and 4 days before agreed transportation date I was told they made an error and it will actually be 800. I explained that put me in a awkward position with only 4 days notice. The owner was unwilling to budge on the new price despite my protests it was their fault. They cited at 800 it was already at cost. Decided to call around and the first company I called were happy to do it at 720. Overall really poor, unprofessional and dishonest. I'd call around if your looking for a reliable and fair boat transportation company.
