        Ive actually had enough to be honest. The reception desk people are rude as anything blaming patients and taking no responsibility or accountability for anything. The reception desk also have no idea what they are doing the young girl on the desk literally doesnt have any idea and needs better training. The older women are just rude. Sick of it.

        Testvale surgery like others stated used to be a great practice, now I can't get an app for love nor money I ring at 8 wait in a 20 strong queue to be told there's not any app's left. Trying to get a pre bookable routine is just as awful I've been told a month the nearest.. a month! I've heard alot of docs doing appointments from home still that's partly why it's so bad think covid is being used as an excuse.
