Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst parcel delivery service in the area, do not use. I would have given no stars if possible. Waited in all day for rescheduled delivery. It didn't arrive. Called them, their first excuse was they didn't even deliver to our postcode - very odd as they had left a failed delivery card previously leading to the rescheduling and a confirmation e mail. When that fob off failed they then gave the real reason, it hadn't gone on the delivery van! Now have to waste another day waiting for them. Suppliers, please use one of them many other services, if I am aware that you use Acclaim it will put me off buying goods from you - it looks from the reviews that I am not the only one.

These people do not give a toss about customer service. Lazy lunatics drive their vans from one drop off (literally) to the next without any customer care on their minds.The cannot even be bothered to write out their lazy I CANT-BE-BOTHERED-TO-RING-YOUR-DOORBELL -cards in correct and legible English. This company and their employees attitude sucks the dregs out of a barrel. Shame on them all and TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS ! P.S. Even the 1 star this review allow is a massive overkill ! P.S. Colin and Daryl (below) what did APC pay you to say that ???

If I could give no stars I would. Possible the worst courier I have ever used. I required an exhibition stand to be delivered on an agreed date, only to find out that Acclaim had not managed to deliver the stand due to some internal issue. As a consequence we were forced to exhibit without a stand until it eventually turned up an hour before the conference closed. There was no recompense, a half hearted sorry and they had the audacity to charge for the stand to be collected. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
