1 star for the good service (minus the waitress I overheard moaning about the mess our children had made) 1 star for the gin & tonic - cant go wrong with that. The tapas share board we ordered to put it bluntly was absolutely awful, 5 different plates of food and all tasted equally as revolting as each other. The play area was nice for my son but other than that theres no other positives. Will not be returning & would definitely not recommend.

Today we went for lunch to celebrated 48 years married. Delighted with our meal at The Happy Cheese. Tapas sharing platter followed by Gelato. Great food. Great service. Great value. Who could want more?

After a wonderful 8hrs hours spent in the New Forest we came to the Happy Cheese for dinner. With four different meals ordered your chef is to be highly complimented. Our wonderful day completed before a 2hr drive home.
