Since working with Mark, I've enjoyed training in a gym again. Mark makes the sessions varied, fun and challenging. Only a few weeks on from my first session, my energy levels are up, I'm more toned and feel stronger and healthier. I've been impressed with how much Mark incorporates my exercise preferences into the training and how much he's helped me to iron out mistakes in my technique. Most importantly his calm and gentle approach makes training fun and effective. I have no hestitation in recommending Mark.
