I Would have no hesitation in recommending this great company. Naomi was always so helpful and able to answer any of my queries before and after installation of the platform lift for my Dad. The lift was fitted professionally by Matt & his team and looks so neat. I am so grateful that this has given my Dad some of his independence back. Really pleased with the garden lift we had installed for my father in Malvern. Naomi, Matt & Kelley made sure everything was spot on throughout the order and installation and my father is loving the new access he now has to the garden via the lift. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Level Lifts began with Naomi. She was efficient, friendly and most reassuring throughout the process of planning for the flexstep installation outside our 17th century cottage in the Cotswolds. The installation was carried out by Aaron and Mike. They were efficient and kept us informed at all times. They were tidy and friendly at all times. They dealt with my wife's angst at first demonstration of the flexstep with kindness and calm!!! So, after 4 years of my wife being trapped in the cottage by inaccessible steps....her passage to the outdoors is now assured. Thanks to Level Lifts.

I first contacted Level Access Lifts at the beginning of August when searching for a platform lift solution for my wife who is a wheelchair user. I contacted several companies, each one visited our property and carried out site surveys, they all said it was not possible then I was fortunate enough to speak to Naomi at Level Access Lifts. I cant recommend this company highly enough, Naomi is a credit to the company she treated our project as a challenge and made it happen! We are now the proud owners of an Ascendor PLG7 platform lift which is going transform my wifes life. The engineers were fantastic and installation went like clockwork, the lift was installed and operational in half a day. If you are looking for a lift solution dont go anywhere else, contact Level Access Lifts, they are on another level!

We were asked to design and install a lift and staircase package for the entrance to a new head office of one of our clients. There are a number of potential issues with this project as the geometry of the stairs and size of the lift have to work together. We contacted Level Access Lifts and were directed through to Naomi who has been an absolute dream in helping us bring this project together. Level Access have a clear process for dealing with their orders which involves visiting site and preparing drawings prior to manufacture. Naomi has personally and cheerfully lead us through each step of the process demonstrating a highly professional approach, nothing has been too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering a lift.
