Part of my car exhaust dropped down and was scraping along the road on the M27. I was on holiday and luckily this was the first car repairer I came to. I was treated very kindly and my car was back on the road in 15 minutes. Super service polite and efficient.

I had been told by a main dealer that my car needed a new clutch. I booked it into Best Autos in Totton for the work to be done. After they had inspected the car Best Autos told me that the clutch had about 10,000 miles left and did not need replacing. This saved me a lot of money and I really appreciate their honesty. When my next service is due I will switch to Best autos.

I am very grateful and incredibly impressed by the service I received at Best Autocentre, Calmore. Alex and Ben went the extra mile to provide me with a quote at extremely short notice and spent time trying to get the best price for parts and explained things at each stage. I can highly recommend this company and I think it is rare to find such a good bunch of people that clearly care about customer service as well as doing a great job.

The manager is super helpful, friendly and honest. Ive had to take a few cars here and theyve always been accommodating at short notice and explain any car problems well. I would definitely recommend them.
