Mak is terrible. Lied to us from day one and said chain was complete when it wasnt. Just posted our keys through the door a day late and ran away so that we couldnt confront him

Following a terrible experience with a poor Agent and dreadful Tenant we met Ian Trickett for a full and frank discussion. Ian was like a breath of fresh air , calm, knowledgable and professional. He assured us of his full support and was true to his word, finding us excellent tenants and helping us deal with the many and various issues that occur as a Landlord.
