Terrible customer service. After purchasing a 3,000 wood burning stove and calling for advice after our installer reported a suspected issue with our stove, they were not prepared to give any advice or assistance in resolving the issues, instead passing all responsibility to the manufacturer or the installer. Im so very pleased with my fire , delivery was brilliant and on time when we expected it . The fire we bought is amazing for value for money . Customer service second to none . Dont go any were else to buy a fire from , this company is amazing . Have told all my friends and family about this fab company that supply fires . After ordering another fire from another company that could not fulfill the order until February, even though they stated on their website Next Day Delivery ! We stumbled across West Country Fires....After liaising with them via email and telephone they really did go over and above with their service. After receiving a refund from the other company we placed our order with West Country Fires on 16th December. We were desperate to have this before Xmas as newly built extension was ready AND they did not disappoint!! Delivery arrived 21st December. All communication was excellent, we dealt with Lucinda for the order and then Jackie for the delivery slot. All in all a wonderful service and really pleased with every aspect of the ordering experience from them. A BIG thank you
