        Very angry and disappointed. Made a group booking for my daughter's birthday two months in advance. A week before Pauline didn't reply to emails, voice-mail, texts etc to confirm. Even put a note through her door. Parents and kids turned up, Pauline didn't. One of her students was there and we both saw my booking in her diary. It ruined my daughter's birthday. Still no apology or explanation. I am appalled at the lack of responsibility and liability. A pottery party sounds like a lovely idea, but take my advice, book someone else who knows how to run a business.
