I have known Mr and Mrs Swain for many years, they are extremely professional, warm and friendly whilst also being some of the best practitioners in the world! Despite their expertise they are very beginner friendly and come highly recommended.

A nurturing, friendly instructor and family orientated environment. The instructor is always developing, by attending seminars from other instructors around the world. With a silver medal from the European Championships being one of his many achievements, he clearly knows his stuff!

Whether you are returning to the sport of TaeKwon-Do, continuing or even just beginning - Swain Taekwon-Do is a fantastic place to train. Its perfect for keeping your fitness level up, challenging yourself and for finding an amazing group of people to socialise and train with. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and will always encourage you to perform to your best. Ive been a student for nearly 5 years and its been one of the best decisions Ive made, a huge boost to my self-confidence. I would thoroughly recommend!

A friendly family orientated Taekwon Do School. I thoroughly enjoy training with like minded fun people, and being taught by a 4th degrees who are part of PUMA's technical committee means I know we are getting quality instruction. And now I'm a Black Belt :-)
