        I have been working for the Totton branch now for 3 months as the Care Manager. I absolutely love it. Great office team, great Carers,great owners/directors. They really care about their customers but also their staff. Constantly thinking outside the box, of they can improve services for the customers, what can be done in the community for customers and others.Also considering what they can do for Care Staff to show how much they appreciate all their hard work. I was fortunate enough to be involved in an office team building event . This is unheard of in the care sector. I would always recommend them whether its for work or for someone looking for care or support at home or their family. I am proud to say I work for Bluebird Care. #Onefamily

        I have just completed my pre employment training and was so impressed with the time and effort put in to each and everyone of us. Lots of practical experience available and no stone left unturned. Very thorough and I found this a totally positive experience. A great team building exercise too. Thankyou
