Attending The Breast Feeding Advice Service at the Ashurst Centre in New Forest. I was discriminated against because I have 3 children already. They didn't bother to come in and speak to me the entire 1st day, about why I was there and what help/advice I needed. Then where turfing me out the next morning, without advising me on breastfeeding (which is why I had gone there); the staff repeatedly ignored my pleas that I was in pain and bleeding heavily (due to a womb infection from a previous c-scar ectopic); when they finally managed to arrange for me to go back to MDAU to be checked out, they were glaring at me/talking about me/giving me filthy looks, because I went to have lunch, before leaving for a 6/8hr wait at MDAU - they wanted me to leave without eating, even though I was breastfeeding and wouldn't be offered any lunch at PAH Day assessment unit. All in all an awful experience, which added to the terrible week I'd had - left me feeling totally disappointed and let down, and as a result I am no longer breastfeeding my baby because I didn't receive the help and support I had expected from them

Absolutely appalling. Failing their duty of care to children and their families in crisis who have been begging for help for so long.

Liars! Took my Foster son as we suspect ADHD. Within a minute of our first meeting before they even saw him they dismissed our claim without even hearing what we had to say. When they finally did see him (for all of 20 minutes) they never even asked him a question relating to his behaviours and traits. They then wrote a report saying they had seen him THREE TIMES FOR HALF AN HOUR EACH TIME. A complete andnutter falsehood. Any and all complaints fall on deaf ears. I weep for our children psychological health when this FAILED institution is the only option available. Gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it zero.

They are rubbish. Do not helpYoung ones. Even when they try to end there life. Think you should get more experienced Staff. Just say they are fine. Only ticked 1 star. If i didn't my message would not go. You are useless.

The first 2 reviews are for a completely different service to CAMHS and the place they are reviewing is nearby. The CAMHS team are a mental health team for children and they doa fantastic job in very difficult circumstances.
