        Ive used Jill (Kirklands Totton) several times for house conveyance work. Shes fantastic. Great with comms, shes on the ball with information, and post sale shes always really helpful with enquiries! Highly recommend

        Incredibly unprofessional. Communication was a nightmare, many questions during the sale and purchase of our home left unanswered. They arranged the exchange date with the buyer of our house without consulting us, we found out a week after their conversation!! They had kindly arranged our move out date a week before Christmas even though our new house wasnt ready for exchange which then forced us to find a house to rent with 1 weeks notice only 7 days before Christmas. We asked about boundary line ownership on our new property and I was told ask the neighbours when you move in! Why are we paying thousands only to have to ask neighbours about who owns what when we move in?? Completely unprofessional, I couldnt really believe they said it at the time. Avoid.
