Underwoods Solicitors recently went above and beyond for us to ensure we met a crucial deadline for our house move. The whole team that we dealt with, Kelly-Anne, Callum & Kerry were all very thorough and patient and guided us through the process. I've used Underwoods before and will certainly use again.

Kelly dealt with my house sale. I was extremely impressed with her efficiency, speed, attention to detail and ability/knowledge to solve items I considered to be difficult. Professional throughout, polite and a calming, caring influence. Would highly recommend Underwood's.

Had the misfortune of being in a chain with this solicitors. They held the process up at several key points, to such a level that we lost our mortgage offer and are now paying an extra 50% on our monthly mortgage payments (in pure interest!) because interest rates went up dramatically between us starting the purchase process and when we finally completed. As I understand it, this only happened because the solicitor handling the chain at Underwoods was on holiday and simply refused to complete the sale, despite offers from the rest of the chain to cover the cost of bringing in someone in their absence to complete. If/when my family struggles to pay bills or make payments over the next few years, given that were in a cost of living crisis and the fact that were now paying an extra 400 a month in interest on our mortgage, I will be thinking of Underwoods and hoping that the solicitors holiday was pleasant.

Had used Underwood & Co in 2019 and had no hesitation in using them again. Set up POAS, Wills and Updating the Title Register. Very professional yet very friendly and caring. Alan & Jenny
