Dual fitness training offers an excellent opportunity for people from all walks of life. Regardless of fitness level. You will observe results. In my opinion, having a private gym makes it seem more friendly and personal. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this service. It is excellent and I highly recommend it.

I am in my late forties and was a complete gym virgin when I started training with Rich a couple of years ago. At my first session I couldn't even do a body weight squat (I ended up sat on the floor!) and the memory of this shows me just how far I have come. Going to the gym often takes a lot of courage, particularly I think for women of my age entering or experiencing menopause and with little body confidence and often not enough time in the day for everything, let alone for thinking about ourselves. I still find every session at the gym tough, but the self fulfillment and my improved fitness and wellbeing makes it so worth it. There is also the added bonus of an amazing in-house sports physio who works with the trainers and this has helped me to progress and overcome old injuries. I would highly recommend Dual Fitness Training.
