Excellent service from Chris and Mike at Flexible Heating this last few weeks. They were very professional with a wealth of knowledge but very approachable and friendly. A bonus was that they even used shoe covers over their shoes to protect our floors when working inside which was brilliant. We will be using them again and they come highly recommended from me. Fantastic! I called Mike regarding an issue with our heating system, he took my initial call, and then called me back as he said he would (Excellent communication) making an appointment. Arrived promptly on time diagnosed and repaired the issue. First rate engineer, we will be using again for system upgrades and recommend to family & friends. Wow! Mike is the most genuine plumber I have ever had in 35 years & I have tried a few. His knowledge & honesty saved me 2,000 ! From another plumbers quote saying the whole boiler needed replacing, it did not! Mike was polite & has done 5 star work & been very thorough. If you want a genuine plumber who will not rip you off, Mike is your man! Thanks Mike!
