        Problem with our shutter door, spoke to Mark on a Saturday afternoon, he gave honest sound advice, even dropped the part we needed first thing Monday morning. Refreshing to find such great service!

        After their initial installation of 4 roller shutter doors, we have experienced a number of problems that they have admitted is down to some of the components used. Despite several phone calls and Emails they have refused to repair one of the doors that has failed completely and cannot even be opened manually. They now refuse to answer our Emails and phone calls at all. Not a reliable company.

        After receiving terrible advice elsewhere I spoke to Mark at Marley and purchased everything I needed at a fraction of the price. One of the items failed just within the year and was replaced without a quibble. Fantastic service
