Donna transformed the way I think about my business and has coursed me to think about why I do things a certain way. She wasnt afraid to question my thinking and challenge my perceptions. My walking coaching sessions with Donna allowed me to step away from my business and focus on my business and personal goals, but also to look back on what I have achieved. I cant wait to work with her again. I highly recommend Baobab Growth Coaching.

I began working with Donna when my personal and professional lives were both demanding my attention. Donna noticed there was something wrong, sat me down and offered me some great advice which I will never forget. I decided then she was the person to help me get back on track, and she definately is. If you are stuck, have too many choices or can't see a way forward I recommend a chat with Donna, her gentle questions help me choose my plan of action each time.

I had the privilege of observing Donna and her team delivering a taster session of how Baobab Growth work with its clients. The variety of ways they use and passion with which they work was outstanding. The environment is relaxing, the great outdoors brings out the best in participants' getting them away from the office and the everyday distractions. I would highly recommend Baobab in delivering business coaching with a difference. Opening your mind to new ways of thinking about business challenges you are facing and finding solutions. The session was truly inspiring.

We came to Donna with a specific goal in mind, essentially to change our lives. It sounds dramatic but it's right. It involved a career change, complete relocation and shifting of our lifestyle to ensure we maximmised the above. It was such a huge shift that we recogised we needed some help, me in particular who doesn't take natually to change and is reluctant to step out of my comfort zone. Over a number of sessions, Donna helped us to break down our overall goal into a series of managable steps so that we could focus on smaller, indvidual goals; this made the whole process seem less daunting but importantly it made it seem managable. Without going into the details of these steps I can summarise to say that I am now sat here writing this in our relocated house having just completed a day in my new job. It's difficult to put into words the transformation this has provided for us and the improved quality of life which we now have. All the areas we spoke about in our coaching are now reality. I am certain that we would not have been able to complete our goal in the way we have without the help and support from Donna. She was there to guide us on our journey but also to provide support at times we had a wobble. Not only this but we achieved everything we wanted almost a year ahead of the target date. If you're used to the world of coaching then I would high recommend using Donna. If you're not I would highly recommend using Donna. I would put myself in the latter of the two but I am now a complete convert and champion for this kind of support. We continue to be grateful every day and I have no doubt that will contune to years to come.
