Mark Page Business Coaching

Ive been working with Mark for around a year now and to say its been beneficial is an understatement. I decided the time had come to 'restart' and to take my business back. Throughout and Following the covid pandemic business had become a little patchy and there was lots of 'noise' in and around the business, we were being very reactive to trade and taking on lots of smaller jobs which wasnt sustaining the business in a manageable and effective way. I was working long hours for very little reward. The business had again taken over and was owning me - instead of me owning the business. With learnings from Mark, I have been able to get a better understanding of how to own the business, better ways to relationship manage my long term and new clients, and recommendations for integrating different management tools such as central CRM system, to make it all happen. Things are really looking up and my business is in a much better place, allowing me to have a better work life balance. I have to say that Mark Page Business coaching is helping me to make significant positive change within my business. I have had the support of business coaching in the past and have experienced other styles. Mark Page is a genuinly passionate person for helping his clients learn and progress their business toward the goals that have been set out. I am 100% certain that Mark will help me hold myself accoutable to take action for the decisions I have made that will ebable my business to grow in all areas. Of course - its all about seeing things for what they realy are, measuring the sucess and implementing change. Thanks to Mark, we have been able to focus our attention on the business structure and the way we approach issues and change within the business. Changing our mindsets to be more structured and accountable which has aided our business no end. He has helped me grow as an individual whilst I push for business growth and recruit a fantastic team whilst creating a great culture within the workplace so that Les can look to retire. It has been fantastic for us both and we have genuinely gained so much from our 9 months (so far!) I would, and frequently do, highly recommend!
