        It has taken me over 40 minutes to talk to a member of staff for a simple question to be answers this is so frustrating and time wasting it sends your blood pressure through the roof, automated system is the worse I have ever come across!

        If I could give it no stars I would. I never get seen within 15min and its not unheard off to be waiting an hour. Never more than 2 cashiers open and they want to have a full conversation about rubbish rather than just get everyone seen to quickly. This visit I couldnt believe how a person was spoken to who just wanted to ask a quick question to someone sat at a desk behind a screen doing nothing. Lots people being directed to southampton after as apparently they couldnt offer all services there. Elderly not offered chairs or any help. The opening hours are getting shorter and shorter, I wont be surprised if this one closes too as Ill be banking elsewhere. Have nothing good to say about it.

        Wrong adress, lost a lot of time ,I've told them personally to update that location!!! It's not a barclays brench anymore for years...they didn't give a damn
