        Was really looking forward to visiting, managed finally to do so. The three staff were more interested in their own conversation and phones than the job they are there to do. Arrived 10.45 sunday so they ought know its one of busiest days. Managed to get a womans attention to get a fish and advice, she couldnt wait to get back to chat station. Disappointed. Ive found similar customer experiences in most other aquatic shops, its a shame. Very arrogant, unhelpful and rude.
