The shipper from hell. They charged us for everything but the ink in their pens. The billed us a communications fee but refused to answer our questions. They billed us to release our merchandise but refused to release the goods. Then after accumulating our parts they refused to load them in a container, stating they were not equipped to. We were forced to go into their premises with a team of movers and bodily remove the goods to another location and containerize the parts. They crated parts that we didnt want, and didnt ask *to have crated, and charged double what other suppliers charged regularly for crating. When we asked for their storage fees they refused to respond, and never did, even after a years repeated (but cordial) requests. Still havent to this day!!! Our 20-foot container shipment ended up costing more than our previous 40-footer! We moved to these folks on the suggestion of one of our suppliers, due to our previous (completely-satisfactory and greatly-appreciated) shipper of 20 years having retired. I am only posting feedback to help others avoid the nightmares that plagued us. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone for any reason. Ever!!!!
