        Gabbys Pilates class is the best! There is no other class in the world that would get me out of my house at 7.15pm!! No matter how tired or flat I feel going in, I always come out energized and positive. Amazingly the class seems to go v quickly, despite her putting everyone through their paces for a full hour !
