        This team of carers are amazing compared to other care providers. They are happy, very polite and helpful, they make my 80 year old dad smile everyday, he has dementia and is bed bound, and he perks up whenever he sees them. They take time to be caring and make my dad feel cared about. They also cared enough to call me when my dad was in hospital to see how we were doing. The manager is also a great lady, as she got things done that i was having trouble getting sorted by myself, even down to rushing delivery of important hoist equipment when i was being given the run around by millbrooks! Thanks Practical care!! ;)
