        Hmmm what can I say! Staff need to be more engaged. I thought they were meant to host and guide the party; that didn't happen! Young mum left to get on with it all by herself. Not a great experience

        Insanely loud music, so everyone is shouting. Not sure what the point of it being that loud is, just an aweful experience of screaming children and shouting adults. UPDATE I did ask twice for the music to be turned down. I have autism and was getting extremely stressed. I ended up sitting in the corner with noise cancelling headphones, my children were not screaming with hapiness as I was so upset and unable to join their play. Not everyone's disabilities are visible, but you made me feel like mine were on show that day. I won't be back.
