Excellent and very personable service from Howard Gold. Our wet underfloor heating was having issues in certain areas over several months and the supposed UFH specialist that we had called out initially (having explained the issue over the phone to their coordinator) did not have familiarity with the particular well-known brand of UFH and did not inspire confidence at all. On a neighbours recommendation, we called Howard. He was responsive and helpful from the outset and promised to come and have a look at the issue within a couple of days. On arriving (precisely at the time we had agreed that day), Howard got straight to work analysing the issue and providing us with solutions (which did not involve selling us any unnecessary services). Within the hour he had actually dealt with the issue, providing us with step-by step explanation as to what he was doing and providing invaluable advice on the workings of our boiler/UFH set-up.
