        Two weeks ago I had an appointment at 7.30pm. At 7 I get a message that the therapist will not be coming. When I queried it all i got is a message thanking me for understanding. Yesterday I thought I'd try again. Booked for 7pm got confirmation of therapist and again no one turned up. Tried calling no one answers or return text or email messages. Waste of time. If someone could respond and explain I would be grateful.
