        Went back here as we have ordered fence panels from Lawsons before and have known John Lawson for circa 60 years. Today the counter guy could not get his head round the fact the fence panels would fit 1.83m gaps yet somehow our posts are 1.86m apart. Easy enough to understand. He clearly could not be bothered to suggest what else in stock there would be a solution for our problem, and said "you don't mind if I serve this person do you?" then walked off to talk to someone else before we could answer! We wanted to ask about the prices of the sleepers outside in the yard because we thought that might solve our problem, but instead I just decided to walk out and order the things we need elsewhere. 456 lost guys, your customer service attitude stinks.
