We commissioned Andrea when looking to undertake the renovation of our newly purchased Victorian property. We wanted to add a large rear extension, develop the loft with a new rear dormer and introduce a driveway at the front of the house that was sympathetic to our property. Andrea was extremely professional. He spent time understanding our requirements, added to these with his own experience and ideas, and in the end provided us with excellent plans. The rear extension extended the idea of the original red brick work, and added beautiful and thinly framed glass, in a way that introduced light through the extension as the sun moved around it, and retained a balance between the modernity of the extension and the Period surrounding building. We were looking for a great design, and we got it. The plans were then submitted to the council, and Andrea took full responsibility to engage with the Planning officer online and in person when they visited our property. Approval was promptly granted, and that was because of his detailed answers to questions and submitted documents. We are now going to move forward with further detailed plans and will look to start the building work in 23-24. On the the balance of our experience we would highly recommend Andrea - he is professional, creative, attentive, collaborative and I think has produced some very good work for us.

Andrea drafted plans for our loft conversion. He was happy to explore all my ideas even though he advised me they werent the best! I ended going with his original recommendation with which I am very satisfied. He has been patient, highly responsive and a joy to deal with and I will use him for any future work. Highly recommended.

Andrea was recommended to me by a friend, and he submitted a successful planning application for a Gade II listed building in the conservation area of South Kensington. Also, he submitted the permission for alteration to the leaseholder on my behalf. He followed the work throughout the entire process and helped me select everything, the builder, the kitchen, the sanitary ware, etc. Communication was brilliant, and Andrea was on site every time a critical decision was taken. On top of everything else, Andrea is a great and knowledgeable architect. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Strongly recommended.

I met Andrea some years ago while enquiring about a kitchen return extension. I remembered his sound professional advice back then and contacted him again to assist with a current issue. It's been an absolute pleasure to work with Andrea on my extensive renovation and build project (in a Conservation area so not a totally straightforward proposition). I'm not only very happy with the final designs - which went through planning without issue (few minor details changed) - but I've also been really happy with the whole process including the level of support and guidance Andrea has given me throughout. Andrea has often gone out of his way to help with elements outside of the original remit. I would (and will) heartily recommend Cincotta Architects.
